What is this?
This is the opportunity in which through your own breathing, together with the sounds of Ïkaros (shamanic songs), shamanic drum, shamanic rattle and a guided accompaniment, you will be able to connect with your interior and live a rebirth.
Some people say that they relive the experience from different aspects of their life, being able to transcend or alleviate them, others are even able to experience the sensation of being a specific animal or feel some particular sensation of extrasensory aspects, how the expansion of their consciousness, all of this only with his own air, WOW!!

At first breathing causes me fatigue, I find it difficult to follow a regular rhythm, I begin to feel tension and discomfort in different parts of the body, but soon… It becomes pleasant. With each exhalation I feel release and emotions begin to stir.
Control disappears and I can only surrender to what my body experiences and rest it.
The experience is different every time. It has been very nice to share that special moment with the group.
